Special Reports are published infrequently but nevertheless, they are an important part of cushman & Wakefield's Knowledge Center. Because they're published in reaction to current events that affect the real estate market, I used a two-column template to give them a more "newsy" feel. The cover's large photograph and obvious emphasis on the words "Special Report" leave no room for doubt as to the purpose of these publications.
