As part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Knowledge Center, the white papers are in-depth, research-based publications that need to fit into the new branding as well as stand appart. I designed a template similar to the Business Briefings but eliminated the colour coordination of the business lines because these papers are published directly through the Cusman & Wakefiled research department. The covers make use of one large photograph and are treated in a simple and straightforward manner for maximum impact.
